Plant Habit
- Leaves: 5-7, 14-22 cm long, 2-5 cm wide, above pale green faintly mottled with dark green
- Inflorescence: 1-flowered, 10-23 cm long, pale green, purple-white pubescent
- Bloom: ~5 cm wide

- Elevation: 1150-1850 m
- Peak Flowering in the Wild: late spring, late fall
- Ecology: on the forest floor or on trees in very wet montane forests over granite
