Paphiopedilum wentworthianum Schoser & Fowlie
- Described: Schoser & Fowlie in Orchid Digest, 32(9): 282-285 (1968)
- Etymology: Named for Clayton Wentworth, who recollected the species and introduced a few plants into cultivation a few years after it was discovered by Kip McKillop and G. Hermon Slade on Bougainville Island.

Plant Habit
- Leaves: 4-6, 12-25 cm long, 3-5 cm wide, above mottled dark and light green
- Inflorescence: 1-flowered, up to 35 cm long, purple-pubescent
- Bloom: ~8 cm wide
